Size Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

We provide a detailed and user-friendly size chart to assist customers in selecting the correct measurements. Prior to placing an order, we strongly recommend verifying your size to avoid any discrepancies. Please note that we adhere strictly to the measurements provided by the customer at the time of order placement.

Should you have any concerns regarding sizing, our customer service team is available to assist you. However, Jacketyze will not be held liable for any sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a product that differs in size, design, color, or pattern from what was represented on our website, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact our Return and Exchange department within three (3) business daysof receiving the product.
  • Clear images of the received item must be provided for verification.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the issue is confirmed by our quality assurance team.

Please note: Orders of multiple identical products, particularly for size adjustments, are not eligible for return or exchange, as our products are often resold.

Restocking and Refund Fees

  • If an exchange is requested due to incorrect size selection by the customer, a $60 restocking feewill be applied.
  • For returns, a $50 deductionwill be made before issuing a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made ordersare final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • VAT and customs duty chargeswill be borne by the customer for any return or exchange.

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, the following terms apply:

  • Within 3 business days:A 25% deduction will be applied to the total amount.
  • Before shipment begins:A 40% deduction will be applied.
  • After 7 business days:Orders cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipment to ensure compliance with our high standards. If your product is damaged during transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hoursof receiving the product.
  • The product must remain unused, with the original tags intact.
  • Customers must submit clear images of the damaged item via email.

If eligible, we will replace the product with an identical item of the same quality and size.

Delayed Shipment Compensation

We strive to deliver all orders promptly. If your order is delayed beyond 29 business days from the final confirmation and payment processing, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.

For tracking updates, customers should contact our support team if their product has not shipped within seven (7) business days after final confirmation. If shipment is not initiated within this period, you may claim a full refund.
